Outcome emails are automated emails sent by the Goodstack platform to users that have applied for a product discount—letting them know whether their application has been accepted or rejected.
Outcome emails are sent after all the checks you subscribed to are completed on the relevant application.
How can you add them?​

Get in touch with our product & engineering team to customize the email copy you want for when users are approved and rejected.
What’s needed​
To update the emails according to your copy guidelines, we’ll need:
- Copy for an acceptance email
- Copy for a rejected email
